Bartley Arrested On Felony DUI Charges
San Andreas, CA -- 28 year old William Wayne Bartley of Valley Springs finds himself in the Calaveras County Jail today.
Due to his level of intoxication and excessive speed Bartley lost control of his 2008 Honda Accord on Hwy 12 west of Wards Ave. in the Wallace area and crashed through two fences.
According to the C.H.P. report Bartley only suffered minor injuries while his two passengers, 20 year old Britany Nicole Miller of Ione and 33 year old Jeff Gearhart of Fremont, were hospitalized in Modesto with major injuries.
Bartley was arrested and charged with felony DUI.
The accident occured Sunday morning at 2:05 on Hwy 12 west of Wards Ave.
