Arnold Man Involved In November 17th Accident Dies From Injuries
San Andreas, CA -- The San Andreas CHP office reports that 79-year-old Robert Bernhard, injured in an accident on November 17th on Hwy 49, has succumbed to injuries at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
The driver of the vehicle, 82-year-old William Votaw of Arnold, lost control of his 2005 Cadillac and collided head-on with a tree. He sustained minor injuries. Bernhard, also from Arnold, was a passenger.
The single vehicle accident occurred at 2:30pm that afternoon on Hwy 49 north of Copello Rd. near Angels Camp.
