Firefighters Working Escaped Debris Burn

San Andreas, CA -- Firefighters are continuing their efforts to control a one acre escaped debris burn in Calaveras County.

The fire is located at Summit Level Rd. near Swiss Ranch Rd. in heavy manzanita and heavy brush piles. It was first reported at 9:39am.

Responding resources include a CAL Fire Battalion Chief, two CAL Fire engines, two water tenders and two hand crews.

No injuries have been reported and no structures are threatened.
