Berryhill Comments On Cogdill's Announcement
Sacramento, Ca -- Upon learning late Tuesday that Senator Dave Cogdill would not seek re-election next year Assemblyman Tom Berryhill issued the following statement.
"Dave Cogdill is a true statesman who has served this state with honor and integrity. His legacy will be enormous from protecting our communities and first responders, working towards budget reforms and creating jobs, to negotiating a statewide water infrastructure measure.
Dave has served tirelessly for California. We all owe a debt of gratitude to Dave and his wonderfully supportive family; all of whom have sacrificed much to work towards bettering this great state.
I am honored to serve with Dave and I'm proud to call him a friend."
