Cogdill As Lt. Governor?

Sacramento, CA -- Just in case you're wondering who may succeed John Garamendi as Lt. Governor, don't at all be surprised if that position goes to Senator Dave Cogdill.
Governor Schwarzenegger has been quoted as saying that he would only want someone from his own party and then he added, "Senator Cogdill is on my short list."
Garamendi recently won the election for the 10th District Congressional seat. He will fill the seat vacated by Ellen Tauscher who resigned to become Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and International Security.
