Murphys Mother Lode Bank Loan Production Office To Close

Sonora, CA -- At a Thursday evening shareholders meeting the decision was made to close the Murphys Mother Lode Bank loan production office effective November 20.
According to President/CEO Chuck Milazzo, "This was just not the right time to expand the office to a full service branch. When all was said and done we just decided the best financial decision was to close the office.
At the same time I do not want Calaveras County residents to think that we have abandoned them. We will still have loan officers making contact with those living in the county and at the first opportunity Mother Lode Bank will return."
All Murphys area customers have been notified by mail and by phone of the impending closure.
