Sonora, CA -- 22 year old Edward Charles Hard is this week's "Most Wanted" by the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office.
Hard stands six feet three inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Hard is wanted on a felony warrant for felony DUI and evading a peace officer. He has a $20,000 bail.
