Hogan Fire Flares Up Again
Calaveras County firefighters fought a stubborn fire near the Hogan reservoir this evening. The blaze was burning on an acre and a half of grass between the control lines of an earlier fire. Earlier, the fire sent spots outside its perimeter, threatening to touch off more fires.
A second blaze nearby at Vista Del Lago was contained at a half acre.
