Still No Identification Of Butte Mountain Rd. Fire Victims
San Andreas, CA -- The names of the two people who perished in that Monday morning Butte Mountain Rd. residential fire in Murphys were not released by the Calaveras County Coroner's Office Tuesday.
An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon but KVML News was told by the Coroner's Office the process was running behind schedule.
The residence was totally destroyed by that fire that was first reported at 4:26am. One firefighter suffered a minor injury. He was treated at Sonora Regional Medical Center and released.
