Board Chair Randy Hanvelt praised Kight's service at today's meeting, and the Board voted to accept the resignation. Kight was also recently the Campaign Manager for Rico Oller's Senate campaign.
The remaining Planning Commissioners include Jerry Morrow, Jerry Baker, Jim Garaventa, John Latorre, Bob Steele and Patrick Stone. The County will accept applications for the open seat and make an appointment at a later meeting.
