Tuolumne, CA — Three Oakland residents were busted in Tuolumne County.

Yesterday afternoon Sheriff’s Deputies went to Black Oak Casino because there was a report that someone had unsuccessfully tried to withdrawal $1,000 with a fraudulent credit card. After failing to obtain the money, he and two others quickly left the area.

Deputies quickly spotted the suspects in a vehicle near the casino property and approached the men. Questioned were 35-year-old Cedric Latron Devall, 28-year-old Jeremy James Morgan, and 40-year-old Troy Ray Fletcher. All three are residents of Oakland.

The Sheriff’s Office reports that Devall was the one that had tried to withdrawal the money. Deputies found that Morgan was in possession of 11 fraudulent credit cards and 1.24 grams of cocaine. 18 additional fraudulent credit cards were found inside their vehicle. All three men were arrested and booked into Tuolumne County Jail.

The Sheriff’s Office notes that Devall had a no bail, out-of-county, arrest warrant and remains in custody.  Morgan had an out of county arrest warrant, with a bail of $120,000, and remains in custody.  Fletcher was able to pay the bail required and was released with a pending court date.
