Jamestown, CA — The man that caused yesterday’s head-on crash near the Highway 108/49 Montezuma Junction has been arrested.

The CHP reports that 46-year-old Ronald Goldman of Salinas lost control of this 2003 Honda Civic and crashed into a 1986 Dodge Pickup truck driven by 53-year-old Jose Barajas of Chinese Camp. The crash happened at around 1:15pm, and traffic was slow-and-go while cleanup took place.

Barajas was taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center by ambulance to treat minor injuries. Goldman was not injured, but was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
