T.C. Community Resource Agency Deputy Director Duke York said at the meeting it will ease traffic in the area, "The Chicken Ranch Casino is proposing to fund the costs associated with planning, engineering and construction of the improvements at the intersection of the new road and state route 49/108," he said. "They will also supply the necessary improvements needed to allow for the future installation of a signal light at the intersection when warranted."
York added, "The proposed road would benefit all the residents living off of Chicken Ranch Road by reducing the amount of traffic on that road."
