Road Work Ahead

Sonora, CA -- Motorists can expect a delay on their morning commute if traveling down Highway 108 in Sonora. Caltrans is doing road construction near the Via Este Road intersection. Traffic is slow going as motorists could see waits up to 10 minute or more.
All this week, crews will be doing road work on Cavalieri to Jenness Road in Sonora from 9a.m. to 5p.m. and sealing cracks on Stoddard Springs to East Long Barn Road near Mi-Wuk Village from 8:15a.m. to 3:30p.m. Also, Highway 49 will be down to one-way controlled traffic beginning at Pittine Vista Point from 9a.m. to 6p.m. Caltrans says motorists can expect 5 minute delays in those areas.
