Jamestown, CA -- There is a two car crash on Highway 108 near O'Byrnes Ferry Road. The CHP says the car crashed head-on. There are reports that two people were trapped inside the cars. Traffic is backed up for miles as Highway 108 has been shut down to allow for two air ambulances to land. The CHP says the roadway will be closed for about 30 minutes. There is no word on injuries. Motorists will want to avoid the area.

Update 4:30pm: The CHP is reporting traffic is now moving, but it is only one-way traffic controlled. The CHP says Highway was backed-up to the J-59 turn-off at one point. Two victims were air ambulanced to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. There is still no word on injuries.
Updated at 8:30pm:
The CHP is reporting that three people have sadly been killed in the crash. The names are currently not available. We will pass along more information when it is released.
