Tuolumne, CA -- The Black Oak Casino Resort gets a new Director of Hospitality. Martin Reynolds is taking over as head of hospitality. He will oversee eight food and beverage outlets and conference center catering at the new Hotel at Black Oak Casino Resort.

Recently, Martin served as the Director of Hospitality at Gold Country Casino in Oroville, CA. He was also the Director of Food and Beverage at Chinook Winds Casino Resort in Lincoln City, Oregon.

Resort Officials say Martin has experience in strategic planning, managing, and hotel operations. He worked his way up from cook to Executive Chef. After 20 years in the culinary field, Martin moved to the management side of hospitality. They say he has won many "Best Of" Awards in his field.

General Manager at Black Oak Casino Ron Patel says, "Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the resort hospitality industry, both from the culinary side, as well as his multi-unit food and beverage management positions in Indian gaming. He will be a great asset to lead our hospitality team here at Black Oak Casino Resort."

The Hotel at Black Oak Casino Resort will be opening in early spring of 2013 and will feature 148 rooms, pool, Jacuzzi, conference center, workout facility, gift shop, and valet parking.
