Gun Sales Booming
Jamestown, CA -- Word of a possible gun ban has people flocking to buy guns across the country and right here in the Mother Lode according to one store owner.
Connie Youngman owner of B Bar Y Traders says the possible bans have people running to her store. She says they're buying, "Hand guns and self defense items like shotguns and California Assault Rifles. Those semi-automatic rifles you can only have ten round magazines in them and it has to have what's called a bullet button in them, so they are a California legal gun. People use them for rodent hunting."
Youngman actually says she wishes business would slow down as she is working long hours making sure all of the paper work for the gun sales are filled out correctly for the state.
