Blasting Will Close Bypass

Bypass construction at Peacefull Oak / Standard and Existing HWY 108

A stretch of the Highway 108 Bypass will be closed this afternoon.
Caltrans says Highway 108 will be blocked off from Hess Avenue to Standard Road from 3:30-5pm. Workers will be blasting out rocks as part of the extension of the bypass. Mono Way is the preferred alternate route this afternoon. A signed detour will be in place.
