Promoting Tuolumne County Internationally

Sonora,CA-- Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau represented the county at the International Meetings Exchang (IMEX) America last month. The show, held in Las Vegas, reportedly drew some 3,000 meeting and event buyers from 44 countries. The Visitors Bureau Director of Sales, Lisa Mayo, represented the Visitors Bureau. 

Bruce Tepper, Marketing Director of the Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau provides details in his new blog. He says, "The meetings & events market has been a growing part of our business in the Foothills and last month, we made the leap from focusing on the northern California market to the national and international market." 

Tepper also thanked to their lodging partners from Black Oak and Evergreen Lodge who, "shared the expenses and made it possible for us to participate in a show of this magnitude to put us on the map for group travel buyers from around the world."
