Wet Weather Causes Crash On Highway 49

Coulterville, CA -- There is an accident on highway 49 and 132 in Coulterville. The CHP reports a car has spun out of control on the wet roadway and crashed. They say an ambulance is headed to the scene. There is no word on any injuries. THe CHP says the northbound lane of Highway 49 is blocked so motorists may want to avoid the area.

Update 11:30 a.m.: CHP reports one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. THe crash is still under investigation.
Update 11:445a.m.: CHP reports Highway 49 is cleared and traffic is moving freely.
