Tuolumne County, CA -- Some Tuolumne County residents are waking to no power. PG & E reports the lights are out from some 350 residents in the Ponderosa Hills area. They say crews are on the scene trying to figure out what caused the electricity to go out and it may be weather related.  They estimate the power will be restored between 9 and 10am. We will keep you updated as mover information is available.

Update 8 a.m.: PG & E is pushing back the repair time from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Update: 8:50 a.m.: The power has been restored to nearly 120 Tuolumne County residents left without power this morning. PG & E reports nearly 230 are still without electricity in the Pondarosa Hills area. Now PG &E has pushed back its estimated repair for those customers by four hours to around 1:30 p.m.

Update 10:15 a.m.: PG & E is pushing back the repair time to about 4 p.m. 

Update 10:45 a.m.: PG & E says a 70 foot Ponderosa tree has come crashing down onto power lines on Canyon View Road. They say the roadway is closed until all repairs are made and the power is restored to customers.

Update 2:45 p.m.: PG & E reports all power is restored and Canyon View Road is opened once again.
