Sonora, CA -- The Sonora Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating James Earl Rogers IV. Rogers has a felony warrant for transportation of a controlled substance.
Rogers is a 27 year old white male with brown hair and blue eyes. Rogers is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 250 pounds.
If you see Rogers and have information of his whereabouts, please call the Sonora Police Department at (209) 532-8141.
