Ebbetts Pass Re-opened

Arnold, CA - CHP reports Highway 4 Ebbetts Pass is re-opened and traffic is moving on the roadway once again. Downed power lines forced the CHP to shut down Highway 4.
It was closed east of Arnold near Boards Crossing Road. PG & E crews for several hours this afternoon to repair the electrical lines.
However, Highway 108 Sonora Pass has been closed since yesterday afternoon and is still temporarily closed at Kennedy Meadows due to snow. Caltrans is not giving any estimated time of when that roadway will re-open.
