Probation Office Closed

Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne County Probation Department will be closed as workers move back to the permanent office now that the flooding repairs are complete.
The Probation Department will be closed starting at noon today. Anyone needing immediate assistance or to report in can go to the Day Reporting Center located at 1194 Highway 49 or call 209-694-2620. The department has been working out of its temporary offices on Hospital Road since September.
“We had a pipe in one of our upstairs bathrooms break and water flooded our building. It pretty much destroyed our offices in the basement,” says Adele Arnold at the Tuolumne County Probation Department.
Monday they will be back in their offices at 465 S. Washington Street starting at 8 am.
