Two Car Crash In Calaveras County

Valley Springs, CA — Emergency crews are on the scene of the accident in Valley Springs, but there is no word on injuries. The CHP reports a Ford Focus and a Toyota pick-up truck collided on Highway 12 and Evans Road. The pick-up went off the roadway and into a field.

Update 9:10 am: The CHP reports for unknown reasons the truck crossed the double lines and smashed into the car. One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
