Sonora, CA - Sonora Police report it happened at the Safeway Store on Sanguinetti Road after 11:30 Friday night.
They say 32 year old Jeffery Carlin was pacing back and forth in the doorway in front of the store, shaking and talking to himself.
Police says upon further investigation they found that Carlin had a $15,550 arrest warrant issued from Oakdale out against him.
He was cited and released.
