State’s Housing Market Easing Up
California's housing market crisis appears to finally be easing up a bit.
The real estate firm DataQuick reports that the number of California homes entering foreclosure is down.
They say in the second quarter of the year the market dipped to its lowest level since 2007.
DataQuick says 54,600 default notices were filed on homes and condos. That's down nearly 3% from the first quarter and 3.6% from the same period last year.
