Sonora, CA -- A local business leader has been selected to join the Tuolumne County Economic Development Authority Board of Directors.
Barry Hillman, former CEO of Condor Earth Technologies and current GM of Kleen Slate Concepts, has joined the governing board. Hillman will replace Dennis Dahlin, who recently resigned from the Board when he accepted a position on the T.U.D. Board of Directors.
TCEDA Board Chairman Hank Russell says, "A PH.D. in Resource Economics, years of doing economic research , and his participation and familiarity with economic development in Tuolumne County made Barry a top contender for the TCEDA Board. We look forward to having Barry join us."
Hillman helped grow locally based Condor Earth Technologies into an international business with four offices and 120 employees.
The TCEDA Board consists of two Tuolumne County Supervisors (Dick Pland and John Gray), two members of the Sonora City Council (Hank Russell and Bill Canning), and three private sector representatives (Jim Gianelli, Patricia Jones and Hillman).
