President Obama Addresses Health Care Decision

The U.S. Supreme Court has released its long awaited decision on whether Obama Care is Constitutional.
The Associated Press reports that the key pieces of the healthcare overhaul were ruled Constitutional by a 5-4 vote. Chief Justice John Roberts has issued the Court's opinion that finds that the individual mandate, one of the most controversial aspects, is legal because it is considered a tax. The mandate now goes into effect in 2014.
