Hear From Judicial Candidates

Sonora, CA - A Judicial Forum presented by the Tuolumne County Bar association will be held at the Sonora Opera Hall on April 10th between 5:30 and 8:30PM.
Moderator, Dee Shepherd, says three candidates have confirmed they will attend, Donald Segerstrom, Alex Aretakis and Eleanor Provost. She notes that Gregory Oliver has declined the invitation.
Shepherd has several questions prepared and submitted by members of the Bar Association. Questions from the audience can be submitted in writing and will also be presented to the candidates.
Two Superior Court Judge Positions are up for election on June 5th. Eleanor Provost is running against Gregory Oliver, and Donald Segerstrom is running against Alex Aretakis.
Other Tuolumne candidate forums include the Tuolumne County Farm Bureau Candidate's Night on April 18th and the Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce April 26th Candidate Night. AM 1450 KVML will broadcast the Chamber's entire question and answers session. All 30 candidates have been invited to both events.
