Highway 49 Accident

Sonora, CA -- There is a three vehicle accident on Highway 49 between Sonora and Columbia.
A gray minivan has reportedly collided with a blue Mazda pickup truck near the Columbia Way intersection. A Honda sedan was also involved. An ambulance is responding to the accident and there is some debris on the highway. Travel with caution in the area and be prepared for a delay.
Only one lane is open as of 8:10am. Officials are on scene directing traffic.
