Sonora, CA -- How would Assemblywoman Kristin Olsen like to see lawmakers balance the state budget?
Olsen will be the guest on Mother Lode Views this weekend. Governor Jerry Brown is proposing that California increase income taxes on those that make over $250,000 and bump up the sales tax by half a cent to close the deficit gap.
Olsen will talk about the budget, pension reform efforts, the Amgen Tour, and efforts to save Railtown 1897. Olsen, a Republican, represents the 25th Assembly District.
