Tuttletown, CA-- Motorists are advised to avoid Highway 49 at Wilcox Ranch Road near Tuttletown.
The CHP reports a big rig truck stuck in the roadway. Expect minor delays in the area and one-way traffic control.
Update at 5:00 pm: The roadway is open.
