Free Sports Physicals Offered

Sonora, CA-- This summer Sonora Regional Medical Center will offer free sports physicals for student athletes, cheerleaders and youth campers.

For Sonora High students, physicals will be conducted at the 900 building of the Medical Center at 5:30 pm Monday, July 25th and Tuesday, July 26th. Physicals for boys will be available on Monday. Exams for girls will be conducted Tuesday.

On Saturday, July 30th from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, the Health Van at the Sonora Walmart will be available for both boys and girls from any school.

On Tuesday, August 9th, Summerville High School students can have their physicals completed at Hillside Internal Medical on Guzzi Lane at 5:30 pm.

Students are asked to have required school paperwork with them from school staff at the time of their physical. Parental permission will also be required for all youth under the age of 18.

The free student physicals are a service of Sonora Regional Medical Center and the medical professionals who donate their time.
