Wards Ferry Road Open
Groveland, CA -- Wards Ferry Road is back open today.
The road had been closed down since April 11 as public works crews repaired damage caused by winter storms. There were numerous rock and mudslides. The road was closed down from Richards Ranch Road to Thiel Road.
Wards Ferry Road is utilized heavily throughout the summer by rafting companies and outdoor recreationists.
