Monday's April Showers
Rain is expected in the Motherlode on Monday.
According to the National Weather Service, rainfall amounts of up to a quarter of an inch is expected.
In the Sierra Nevada, four to eight inches of snow accumulation is expected above 8000 feet.
Winds will gust from thirty to forty mph in the higher locations.
The rain and snow will diminsh this afternoon into evening.
