Sonora, CA-- The number of power outages due to recent storms have reduced significantly this morning.

According to PG&E Spokesperson JD. Guidi, Tuolumne County has around 1,300 customers currently without power. Those residents are primarily in the Mi Wuk Village and Long Barn area.

Mi Wuk Village has 570 customers without electricity, Long Barn has 340, Twain Harte has 210, Groveland has 126 and Sonora has just 24. There are no restoration times available for these locations.

Calaveras County currently has no outages reported.

"We have mobilized crews from some of the lesser impacted areas into the heavier impacted areas," said Guidi. "And throughout the course of the storm, we've also contracted out with crews from other utilities from down south including So-Cal Edison and San Diego Gas & Electric. All resources are dedicated to restoration."

To report an outage or try to receive information on a specific neighborhood, call 1-800-PGE-5000.
