San Andreas, CA-- Yesterday was a day of healthful information at Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital as they hosted their 12th annual Health Fair in San Andreas.
Most of Calaveras County residents enjoyed the family events and activities including a 5K Fun Run/Walk, live music, food and a bounce house for the kids. Dozens of community groups also provided free informational booths regarding health, nutrition, fitness and senior services. Various free health screenings were offered as well as adult flu shots, pneumonia vaccinations, bone density screenings and blood analysis.
