Forest Meadows, CA --  A Galt man who was fatally injured in a vehicle accident this morning on Highway 4 west of Brice Station Road has been identified.

The CHP says 22 year old Bradly Calhoun was driving east on Highway 4 shortly before 7am when he crossed over the double yellow lines for unknown reasons. Calhoun was struck by a big rig logging truck driven by Robert Anzar of Jamestown who was not injured.

CHP Officer Jaime Castillo says the CHP is looking for witnesses of the traffic accident and encourages anyone who has any information to call the San Andreas CHP at 754-3541.
