This is the recipe that I tasted, when I made it at home I made these changes: Exchanged cashews for peanuts, left out mandarin oranges, added toasted sesame seeds and cooked chicken…anyway you do it, it’s delicious!

Amount Measure Ingredients
1 bag Broccoli Slaw
1 cup peanuts
1 can sliced water-chestnuts
1 can mandarin oranges
    Newman’s Own Low fat Sesame Ginger dressing

To prepare:

Mix first 4 ingredients, and toss with dressing to taste. Chill for several hours before serving.
