| 1 | Cup | Crisco |
| 1 | Cup | sugar |
| 2
| Cup | sifted flour |
| 2
| tsp | lemon extract |
| 6 | large | eggs |
To prepare:
Mix all ingredients except eggs. Add eggs last, one at a time.
Beat well after adding each egg. Beat mixture until fluffy.
Put in greased an floured bundt pan, cook 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Allow to cool a few minutes, invert onto plate and cool. It is delicious buttered and freezes well.
