Classic (Slow Cooked) Chilli

Servings: 8 - 10
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Total Cooking time: 8-10 hrs

After going out and tasting so many different types of chili at a recent cook off, you'd think I would be sick of it...But NOoooo....made me want more!!! In fact I decided to pull out the old slow cooker and make some. Here is the recipe that I used.

Lean Beef (browned & Drained

14 oz
Can Kidney Beans (drained)

12 oz
Cans Tomatoes

Onions (chopped)
2

Cloves Garlic (minced)
2-3
Tbsp Chili Powder
2
tsp
Cumin
1
tsp
Salt
1
tsp
Pepper

To prepare :
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook 8-10 hours on low. Serve with warm corn bread. Yum!
