Serving Size : 4 - 6 persons
Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 - 15 minutes

This is an extremely quick and easy to make meal that still manages to have a gourmet result. With no marinating required it is a meal that literally takes 20 minutes from start to finish, and that includes putting rice in the steamer.

Amount Measure Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into thin strips
1 cup garlic flavored roasted almonds
1 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch added to ¼ cup water
2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds for garnish

To prepare:
Heat a wok or stir-fry pan over high heat until shimmering hot, add the oil and immediately pour in the chicken breasts and garlic. Stir fry over high heat until the chicken begins to turn white. Add in the almonds, soy sauce, and corn syrup and continue to stir constantly. Stir in the cornstarch/water mixture and return to a boil to thicken. Serve immediately over steamed rice with sesame seeds sprinkled on top .
