| 2 | Tbsp | soy sauce |
| 4 | Tbsp | vinegar (I use rice wine vinegar) |
| 1 | Tbsp | hot red pepper oil (less if you don't like it too HOT!) |

| 1 | Tbsp | sesame oil |

| Tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1 | Tbsp | finely minced ginger |
| 1 | Tbsp | finely minced garlic

| 1 | Tbsp | finely minced scallions (green onions are fine, too)

| 1 | Tbsp | finely minced white wine
|
| 1 | tsp | finely minced salt
|
| 1-2 | cups
| chicken broth |
To prepare :
Mix it all together...(if you have a magic bullet...one of those little blenders, use it.) Otherwise, shake or whisk it all together and get creative with whatever you pour it over, I'm sure you'll love it.
