| Amount | Measure | Ingredients |
|---|---|---|
| 1 1/2 | cup | oatmeal |
| 1/2 | cup | peanut butter |
| 1 | Tbsp | honey |
| 1/2 | cup | rasins |
| 2 | Tbspor more |
skim milk |
To prepare: Combine all ingredients. Mix well. You may need to add a little more milk until you get the right consistency for it to hold together for you to pinch of walnut size pieces. Roll into a ball and place on waxes paper. Refrigarate at least an hour.
They are high in calories, so don't have more than 3 a day if you are dieting! I keep a few in an air tight container and freeze the rest in freezer bags.
