Asiago and Artichoke Dip

This is a yummy dip. I made this for Super Bowl and my guests devoured it!

Total Preparation Time: prep 10min cook 25 min

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups grated Asiago cheese
8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
1/4 cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes-drined and chopped
2T fresh chopped parsley
1/2 t fresh ground pepper
14oz can artichoke hearts (in water) drained and chopped
To Prepare

Preheat oven to 350.

In a small mixing bowl combine the cheeses. Add the tomatoes, parsley and pepper, mix well. Stir in the artichokes.

Place in a 1 qt. casserole dish bake for about 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with french bread rounds or crackers.
