Tip-A-Cop Fundraiser for Tuolumne County Special Olympics

03/24/2010
Hours:  5-8:00pm
Location:  Applebee's

Fundraiser for Special Olympics in Tuolumne County at Applebee's on Sanguinetti Road in Sonora. This will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with officers from local law enforcement agencies (Tuolumne County Sheriff's Department, Sonora Police Department and California Highway Patrol) participating in this fundraiser. Local law enforcement officers, paired with one of our Special Olympics athletes, will visit each table, pass out information on Special Olympics and, hopefully, will receive a "tip" for their participation. This is a great way to support Special Olympics in Tuolumne County, plus have an enjoyable evening/dinner out. Money raised at this event is used for training, equipment and Special Olympics in Tuolumne County. Thank you for getting this information to the public. Questions please contact Kathi Kopyn, Area Director, Special Olympics - Tuolumne County, at 586-5877.
