SIR Luncheon Meeting

Location: Sonora Elks Lodge
Sons in Retirement (SIR) Sonora Branch 136 will have its monthly meeting at the Elks Club with No-host cocktails at 11:00 and lunch being served (cost $12) after the speaker, Larry Cope of the Tuolumne County Development Authority, delivers his address at 12:00. SIR is a non-profit public benefit corporation for retired men regardless of race, age, color, or religion. SIR is open to men not devoting full time to their career and can come to the monthly meetings. Each Branch has monthly luncheon meetings where old friendships are maintained ands new ones established. A guest is invited to speak on topical subjects of general interest to members. Special interest groups are formed for activities such as golf, bowling, fishing, games, computers, radio, RV's, etc., and these activities are offered by most Branches. An extensive travel program is available to all members and guests. Information is available online at sirinc.org.
