Open Garden Day

Location: Demonstation Garden
The Tuolumne County Master Gardeners will host Open Garden Day at their demonstration garden located on the Cassina High School Campus at 251 Barretta Street in Sonora. The Garden opens at 10:00am and demonstrations begin at 10:30am. Planting and transplanting native plants will be first on the agenda, followed by how to make a rock garden and lastly, there will be a talk on paths and walkways and fire safe landscapes. As always, Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer gardening questions. There is no charge to attend the demonstrations. For more information call the Master Gardener office at 533-5696.
