New Melones Ranger-Led Table Mountain Hike

Location: Meet at the Table Mountain Trailhead parking area
Park Ranger Leanne brings nearly ten years of experience with her on these hikes. She has a vast wealth of knowledge about the local flora and fauna, the history of the Mother Lode, and the role of Reclamation in the management of New Melones Lake. She is the assistant to the Natural Resource Specialist and a master interpreter. These are hikes you won’t want to miss!
This is a 2 mile walk to the top of Table Mountain. Be prepared for a 1/4 mile series of
steep, rocky switchbacks to make it to the top—it’s worth it! Meet at the Table Mountain
Trailhead parking area at 10:00 a.m. (please close the gates behind you).
Bring plenty of water and clothing appropriate for the weather. All hikes are weather permitting. These hikes are free of charge and no reservations are necessary. We look forward to seeing you there!
